This was the Voodoo Contest Group’s second and final year in Mali. This time, I implemented a Win-Test network on WiFi – much easier than CT!

Our stay coincided with a meeting in Bamako of the French speaking African Nations – all the Presidents were in town; the French military had established a command and communications station in our hotel. It gave us a little less space on the roof but a couple of the French guys were hams and quite interested in what we were doing.
