2012-April: Visalia DX Convention

In 2012 I found myself wish a ‘spare’ 3 weeks and decided to head off to California. I’d awlays wanted to go to San Francisco, so that dream was fulfilled and I managed to catch the Visalia DX Convention at the same time. Many thanks to Rusty/W6OAT who very kindly met me in San Francisco and gave me a day’s tour. Also, Ira/K2RD who gave me a lift to and from the convention, let me air N4IRN/6 and hosted a lovely dinner with his XYL after the convention. Thanks guys.
