2012-July: London Olympics Special Event Station 2012L

During 2012 I was on the organising committee (Publicity Officer) for what turned out to be the most successful Special Event Station (SES) ever, with nearly 70,000 QSOs. Further details can be found on the 2O12L web-site: http://www.2o12l.com/.

I was Master of Ceremonies at the opening ceremony, introducing local Member of Parliament Clive Efford and the local Mayor with his wife.
